1. Using HomeEdit

By downloading or using HomeEdit (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

HomeEdit lets you upload photos and generate AI-edited versions of your home. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts and Purchases

You may use some parts of HomeEdit without an account. Certain features, such as saving edits across devices or purchasing credits, may require you to sign in.

  • You agree to keep your account details accurate and secure.
  • In-app purchases (such as credits) are processed by Apple. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Prices and available packages are shown in the App and may change over time.
  • Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

3. Your Photos and AI Edits

  • You own the photos you upload to HomeEdit.
  • You also own the AI-edited images generated from your photos.
  • You give us a limited license to process your photos and edits only as needed to provide the App and its features.
  • The App and underlying AI technology remain our and our partners’ intellectual property.

4. Acceptable Use

Please use HomeEdit responsibly. You agree not to:

  • Upload photos you do not have the right to use.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Use the App to harass, mislead, or harm others.
  • Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe these rules are being violated.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using HomeEdit, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

6. Service Changes

We are always improving HomeEdit and may update, add, or remove features from time to time. We may also stop offering the App or certain features.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

HomeEdit is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not promise that the App will be error-free, always available, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HomeEdit. Our total liability for any claims related to the App will be limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending Your Use of HomeEdit

You can stop using HomeEdit at any time by deleting the App from your device and, if applicable, deleting your account in the App.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may show a notice in the App. If you continue using HomeEdit after the Terms change, that means you accept the updated Terms.
